located in Wellsburg, WV, is a full-service construction company serving the Tri-State areas of WV, OH, and PA.  Fully licensed and incorporated in all three states, RBC is capable of designing, planning, coordinating and executing every aspect of your project from small scale remodeling to major additions and new home construction.  We provide design/build services for a wide variety of projects including room additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, custom homes, historic renovations, light commercial buildings, insurance restorations and specialty work.
